Liyana Muhanifa Binti Mustafa LL.B (Hons) IIUM   Ms. Liyana Muhanifa Biiiti Mustafa completed her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2017 and embarked her legal career the same year by commencing her pupillage at Messrs Adrian Rahim & Co, Kota Damansara. Here, her initial experience was in the Corporate area of practice where she was mainly exposed to contract drafting and review and due diligence matters and with some exposure to Conveyancing practice.   While waiting for the completion of her long call, Ms. Liyana held a position as a paralegal at Messrs Dora Wong & Lee, Seri Kembangan. Her performance led to her retention as a Legal Associate, during which time she honed her expertise in Conveyancing area of practice, focusing particularly on sub-sale matters. She was then admitted to the Bar in 2018.   Seeking to expand her knowledge and skills, Ms. Liyana then joined Messrs Nuhairil & Partners, Kajang. In her new role, she diversified her practice by handling various aspect of Property Law including but not limited to retail sub-sale and direct developers’ cases. In addition, Ms. Liyana developed a proficiency in handling commercial loan transaction, with an emphasis on SME cases. She further took up the mantle of lead lawyer for the external panel, offering valued legal advice to corporate clients.   In 2022, Ms. Liyana enhanced her career trajectory by joining Messrs Yong & Rajah, where she continues her adept handling of conveyancing area of practice.
