    We have been appointed as panel solicitors for the real property development undertaken by the following:
    • Gromutual Berhad, a public listed company and its group of companies in respect of one of the pioneer versatile business suites projects in Johor Bahru.
    • Welton Development Sdn Bhd in respect of its high-rise residential project in Johor Bahru.
    • Joland Group in respect of its commercial development in Pekan Nenas, Johor.
    • Gagasan Formasi Sdn Bhd in respect of its commercial development in Skudai, Johor.
    • Beverly Group in respect of its mixed development in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.
    We have also had the privilege to be on a retainer for Beverly Group as an advisor for the group and its group of companies. In addition to the above, having extensive experiences in litigation work, we have also advised property developers on matters in relation to the Tribunal for Homebuyer Claims which was established in 2002 to provide purchasers with a practical avenue to seek redress for their grievances, and necessary negotiation with a view to seeking amicable resolution or formulating reply and defenses for such claims.

    With the existing base of clientele and staff, the Firm is firmly poised to expand its horizons in the real property development sector in the southern region of Malaysia and now in the capital, Kuala Lumpur.
